Welcome to Kanara Hotel. By accessing or using our website, booking system, or staying at our property, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General Terms
Kanara Hotel reserves the right to modify room rates, policies, or services at any time without prior notice.
All bookings are subject to room availability.
Guests must provide accurate personal information during booking.
Misconduct, illegal activities, or property damage may result in cancellation of stay without refund.
2. Booking & Reservation Policy
A confirmed booking requires valid personal details and, if applicable, advance payment.
Guests must present a valid government ID at the time of check-in.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may carry additional charges.
Maximum occupancy per room must be followed as per hotel guidelines.
3. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in Time: 12:00 PM
Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in requests may be accepted subject to availability.
4. Guest Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and avoid causing any damage to hotel property.
Keep noise levels low to respect other guests.
Follow hotel safety and security instructions.
Any loss or damage to hotel property will be chargeable.
5. Payment Policy
Payments can be made via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or online payment gateway (if enabled).
Full payment must be completed before or at the time of check-in.
Taxes may apply as per government norms.
6. No-Smoking Policy
Smoking inside rooms is strictly prohibited.
A penalty may be charged for violating the no-smoking policy.
7. Pets Policy
Pets are not allowed unless explicitly permitted by the hotel in advance.
8. Safety & Security
The hotel is not responsible for loss of valuables left unattended in the rooms.
Please use the safety measures provided in the premises.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation by Guest
Free Cancellation Window
Cancellations made 48 hours before check-in are eligible for a 100% refund of the advance amount.
Late Cancellation
Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will result in a one-night charge per room.
No-Show Policy
If the guest does not arrive on the check-in date, the booking will be marked as No-Show and no refund will be issued.
2. Modification of Booking
Changes to dates or room type are allowed based on availability.
If tariffs differ on the new dates, the balance amount must be paid by the guest.
3. Refund Process
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Refunds are issued via the same mode of payment used during booking.
Convenience or transaction fees (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Cancellation by Hotel
A booking may be cancelled by the hotel due to:
Maintenance or operational issues
Safety concerns
Overbooking by system error
Violation of hotel rules
In such cases, guests will receive a 100% refund or an option to reschedule.
5. Early Check-out Policy
Guests leaving early due to personal reasons are not eligible for refunds for the remaining nights.
Exceptions may be considered for medical emergencies with valid proof.
